I would highly recommend Nick for anyone searching for a home! He goes above and beyond in making sure that you are finding what you want. He was so patient. I started looking and said that I wasn't ready. He was willing to take a step back with me and let me contact him when I was ready to start looking again. I probably would have been annoyed and impatient with myself but he was awesome! In the end I found the home of my dreams and got a price that was manageable for me! He even helped with recommendations for home insurance when the quotes I was receiving were far outside my price range. Even after the sale Nick is my go to person for recommendations on landscaping, carpeting, fencing, etc. All I can say is that Nick is a great realtor and after my whole experience I now can call him a friend. Make sure that you give him a call if you truly want to GREAT REALTOR who truly cares about you and what you want.
